  • How do I find out more information about the sorority?
    This website is filled with information pertaining to our programs, projects, initiatives, and history. If you have questions that are left unanswered from the website, please email The Executive Board at apd.eboard@gmail.com for general questions or The Membership Committee at membershipapd@gmail.com for membership questions.
  • I am not African American, can I still join?"
    Yes. Alpha Pi Delta Sorority, Inc. is an equal opportunity organization. We are interested in women who understand the founding principles of the organization and are willing to uphold and support those principles and Alpha Pi Delta Sorority, Inc.'s high moral values.
  • What if I belong to another Greek-letter organization, am I still eligible for membership?"
    If you are a member of another organization holding membership in the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc. or the Panhellenic Conference, Inc. you are still eligible to join Alpha Pi Delta Sorority, Inc.
  • Is there an age limit to join?
    Our age limit is 21 or older.
  • If I meet all requirements specified at the Rush Activity, do I automatically receive an invitation for membership intake?"
    No. Our goal is to select women who not only meet the basic requirements, but also exceed them. Meeting basic requirements is the initial step in the Membership Intake Process.
  • Do students who are pursuing an Associate's Degree qualify for membership in Alpha Pi Delta Sorority, Inc.?"
    Yes. Since we are not a collegiate based organization, a degree is not required in order to obtain membership into the soroity. You must, however, have obtained a high school diploma.
